deductions<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n When you purchase property as individual, placing it in your own name, you can easily get a personal tax deduction which you can use (via the PAYG variation (221D)) to offset the costs of owning the investment property.<\/span><\/p>\n Finance<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n It\u2019s much easier to borrow money in your own name.<\/span><\/p>\n Structure<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n Simple to create and inexpensive to manage.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Asset protection<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n If you have a problem and someone wants to take your assets, your personal name is very open to
