Lila has over 20 years experience in property development & investment. She also spent 10 years in a law firm working mainly in the areas of conveyancing & property law.

Lila’s areas of expertise include contracts, conveyancing, real estate, house and land construction, off the plan developments, building dispute resolution and tribunal processes and procedures, council codes (LEPs/DCPs) and strata and property management.

Lila is also a fully licensed real estate agent, strata manager and auctioneer. Her focus is on building strong, sustainable relationships and processes with Clients, developers, lawyers, finance experts and the entire TRC-Gorod Team.
